Everyone : you receive a free consultation to find out what your goals are, if I can help you and how I work.

  • The first sessions are dedicated to analyze your problems and establishing together an action plan towards your goals.
  • The following sessions are dedicated to the implementation of these actions.
  • I adapt to your wishes or changes during the sessions.
  • The closing session provides an opportunity to see what has been accomplished.

A session is all about finding a solution to your problem.

Under no circumstances does a session tell you how to live your life, nor will it judge you on how far you’ve come.

Business : a free consultation with the business and another with the coachee(s) to review if I can meet your requirements and expectations and also to explain how I work.

  • A tripartite interview between the business (HR Director, N+1…), the coachee(s) and myself to find out your objectives. 
  • The first sessions are dedicated to the analysis of your problems and to establish together an action plan towards your objectives.
  • The following sessions are dedicated to the implementation of specific actions.
  • I adapt to your wishes or changes during the sessions.
  • The closing session, “tripartite” allows to take stock of the work accomplished.

Discussion group. 

The discussion group is a space for exchange where each individual shares experiences, inner conflicts, suffering, and outcomes on the same issue.

The space for expression is free, focused on authenticity, without judgement under my guidance as a humanist consultant and hypnotherapist.

Process:

A free preliminary consultation is set up to find out your needs.

  •  Topics may or may not be determined in advance.
  • The space for speech is open. Theme may change over time.
  •  I adapt according to the evolving dynamics of the exchanges.

  • Face-to-face consultation: I travel to New Aquitaine as well as cities such as Poitiers, Paris, Nantes, Bordeaux. The place is to be defined together.
  • Video consultation : video sessions via SKYPE/ZOOM.

The video sessions as well as the practice of hypnosis are also effective and bring the same results with the people I coach.

– check that your camera and microphone are working properly

– to bring your equipment (notebook, pen, etc.) to take notes if necessary

– to make sure that your environment is conducive to concentration and exchange
